Is TableMate available now?

TableMate is preparing for TestFlight beta and App Store review. Follow this page for launch updates.

Where is my data stored?

All primary user data is stored in the Supabase Sydney, Australia region (ap-southeast-2). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Inside the App, go to Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account. Or email us at banruostudio@gmail.com from your registered address. Data is removed from the primary database within 30 days.

How do I report another user or a problematic meetup?

Inside the App, every user profile and meetup card has a "Report" option. For urgent safety concerns, email us with screenshots and the meetup or user link if possible. We review reports within 48 hours.

Does TableMate handle money?

No. TableMate is an information-matching platform only. We do not collect entry fees, buy-ins, or commissions of any kind. All cash arrangements between participants are made and settled offline among themselves.

Self-exclusion and responsible-gaming support

Inside the App you can activate self-exclusion for 30, 90, or 365 days. Once enabled it cannot be lifted early.
